1828 4 x Matching Georgian Sterling Silver Serving Spoons, London 1828

A Set of Four Matching Sterling Silver Serving Spoons from the Late Georgian Period.

Made by William Eaton, a well-respected London Silversmith in 1828, these spoons are in the popular

Shell pattern and unbelievably show no signs of use.

The hallmarks are all "WE" for William Eaton, lion passant for sterling silver, uncrowned leopard's head for London, date letter "n" and King's Head Duty Mark.

Each spoon measures 8 and 7/8ths inches in length and together they weigh an impressive 428 gms, that's almost 14 troy ounces of sterling silver.

All our vintage and antique items are in used condition and may show signs it has had use.
They will not however have any major flaws that we will not mention.
You may wish to do further polishing on arrival to bring out their beauty.
